Privacy notice
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller is Stathix, operated by Bojan Simiciev, North Macedonia, until a company exists. Contact: privacy@stathix.com.
2. What we collect
- Your email address, trimmed and stored in lower case.
- A consent record: the method (submitting the form with the notice shown next to it), the version of that notice and of this privacy notice, and the time.
- Signup status (waiting for confirmation, or confirmed) and when you confirmed.
- Which form you used (top of page or bottom of page) and your country as reported by Cloudflare (two letters).
- A one-way hash of your IP address (salted SHA-256), used only to limit abuse. We never store the IP address itself.
- A hash of the one-time confirmation link and when it expires (48 hours).
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
3. Why we use it
To confirm your address (one confirmation email with a link) and to tell you when Beta access opens. Nothing else. We do not sell or share your email for marketing.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the form with the notice shown next to it and confirmed by clicking the link in our email. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to privacy@stathix.com; we then delete your signup.
5. How long we keep it
- Confirmed signups: until Beta invitations are sent, and at most 12 months after you signed up.
- Unconfirmed signups: deleted after 30 days.
- IP hashes: removed after 30 days.

7. International transfers
Some processing may happen outside your country, including in the United States. Analyst to describe the safeguards each processor relies on.
8. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, receive a copy, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to your data protection authority. Write to privacy@stathix.com; we reply within one month.
9. Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies of its own. It remembers your light/dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage. Fonts are served from this site, not from Google. Turnstile, Cloudflare’s bot check, loads only when you use the form; Analyst to describe its behaviour per Cloudflare’s documentation.
